Every button that ships from Indom passes through four stages, all run in-house. Nothing is outsourced or subcontracted between formulation and packaging.

Resin Formulation & Color Matching
Unsaturated polyester resin is formulated and pigmented to achieve solid, chalky, marbled and custom colour effects.

Centrifugal Sheet & Rod Casting
Formulated resin is centrifugally cast into sheets and rods, creating the solid stock used for subsequent machining and finishing.

Precision Lathe Turning & Drilling
Casted blanks are precisely turned, drilled and shaped into the required button profile, size and hole configuration.

Polishing, Inspection & Packing
Mass polishing followed by rigorous quality checks before counting and packaging for dispatch.
